§ 10-62. Required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in, conduct or carry on in or upon any premises within the incorporated area of the city any of the adult entertainment establishments defined in this article without a license to do so. No license so issued shall condone or make legal any activity under the license if the activity is deemed illegal or unlawful under the laws of the state or of the United States.
