§ 10-131. Type of amusement license.

Those amusement machines subject to licensing under this article shall be limited to manual and electric games the purpose of which shall be for entertainment only; and such machines shall not award payment of money or premiums as a result of the operation of such machines. Amusement machines under this section include pinball, air hockey, pool, electronic skill games and football.
