§ 22-111. License required.

Latest version.

Any person selling or offering to sell any goods within this city at a sale to be advertised or held out by any means to be a going out of business sale, or removal of business sale, or a fire and other altered stock sale shall be required to obtain a license from the city clerk in the manner specified in this article.
