§ 2-3. Municipal court authorized to establish schedule of costs and fees.

The Municipal Court of the City of Ellijay, Georgia, pursuant to authority granted in the Charter of the city, is hereby authorized to establish a schedule of costs and fees to be assessed at the sentencing of all defendants, said costs and fees being assessed to defray the cost of operation, including, but not limited to, the costs of equipment, technology, personnel, and office and court space. The fees and costs assessed in any one case shall be in an amount up to, but no greater than, $50.00.
