§ 2-47. Order of business.  


Latest version.
  • All regular council meetings shall follow an established order of business. The order is as follows:

    (1)

    Call to order.

    (2)

    Approval of agenda.

    (3)

    Minutes.

    (4)

    Financial report.

    (5)

    Reports from committees and departments.

    (6)

    Citizen input.

    (7)

    Old business.

    (8)

    New business.

    (9)

    Adjournment.
