§ 30-1. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Municipal cemetery or cemetery means the municipal cemetery of the city.

Superintendent means the superintendent of the municipal cemetery.

Trust means the trust created by this chapter.

Trustees means the trustees as selected in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
