§ 30-41. Appointment.

The mayor may appoint a superintendent of the municipal cemetery. The superintendent shall be subject to removal at any time by the mayor as may be prescribed by this article. If no superintendent is appointed, the mayor shall have full authority to supervise and enforce the provisions of this chapter.
