§ 48-1. Designation of historic district and boundary description.

There is hereby created and designated in and for the city, the City of Ellijay Historic Preservation District consisting of all properties located on the interior of the red outline as shown on the map entitled "City of Ellijay Historic Preservation Purposed [sic] District Map." The district is further defined by the property addresses, owner's names, and tax parcel numbers attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, said parcels being more fully described in the tax parcel information documented in the county tax assessor's office.
