§ 58-1. Comprehensive plan adopted.

Latest version.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Georgia Planning Act, and in accordance with pertinent standards and guidelines as set forth by the state department of community affairs, and further in the interest of the health, safety and welfare of the people of the city, the Joint Gilmer County/Ellijay/East Ellijay Comprehensive Plan is adopted as a comprehensive plan in its entirety for the city and is on file in the office of the city clerk.
