§ 66-203. Duties of administrator.

  • The mayor or an authorized representative shall have, among others, the following duties:

    (1)

    To prepare and provide the necessary forms for the application for a permit and for the submission of any required information as is necessary to administer and enforce the provisions of this article.

    (2)

    To review the application for completeness and collect whatever fee or deposit may be required, to designate sites and set time schedules where more than one activity shall occur on the same day, and to coordinate with county authorities on all matters concerning such activities.

    (3)

    To notify police agencies and emergency personnel of the activity, and to report the planned activity to any other government agency as is required by federal, state or local law.

    (4)

    To issue to the private organization or group of private persons a permit upon approval.
