§ 66-206. Defense to prosecution.
Latest version.
It shall not be a defense to any prosecution under this article for failing to obtain a permit before engaging in any activity described in this article that a permit has in fact been issued in the manner provided by law. It shall be presumed that no permit has been issued unless, at his trial, the accused enters into evidence a copy of the permit.
