§ 50-9. Curfew for children.

(a)

It is unlawful for persons under the age of 16 years to be upon the streets of the city after 12:00 midnight unless going to or coming from a specific destination known to the parents or unless in the company of parent or guardian.

(b)

A violation of this section shall be reported to the proper juvenile authority with notice given to the offender's parent and/or guardian.
